Dremfu machine oil is mainly used in various mechanical equipment to reduce friction and protect the lubricating oil of machinery and processed parts. It mainly plays the role of lubrication, auxiliary cooling, rust prevention, cleaning, sealing and buffering, reducing friction and wear, protecting the normal operation of mechanical equipment and extending its service life.
Dremfu Equipment Oils include hydraulic oils, guide oils, gear oils, Spindle Oils, and Rust Preventive Oils.Hydraulic oils are divided into anti-wear hydraulic oil, high-pressure non-ash hydraulic oil, fire-resistant hydraulic oil, and high-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil.
Hydraulic oils and guide oils are both standard national oils, with common viscosities of 32#, 46#, 68#, 100#, and 150#.
Guide Oils: These are standard national oils with common viscosities of 32#, 46#, 68#, 100#, and 150#.
Spindle Oils: Common viscosities include 5#, 7#, and 10#.
Rust Preventive Oils: These include volatile rust preventive oils, oily rust preventive oils, and hard film rust preventive oils. The rust protection period is customized according to customer requirements.
Dremfu offers a wide range of equipment oils with a comprehensive selection. For more information or to receive personalized service, please leave your contact information or submit a form, and a representative will follow up within 24 hours.

Common Issues | Common Reasons | Solutions |
Oil Color Change, Darkening | If the color change is significant, it may indicate that the oil has oxidized and deteriorated. | Consider replacing the oil if the color change is significant. |
Excessive foam in the oil | Air entering the oil or contamination of the oil. | Clean the filters or oil lines, or consider changing the oil. |
Emulsification of the oil causing it to turn milky | Excessive moisture can cause oil to emulsify. | Mild emulsification can be resolved by letting the oil settle and draining off the water, while severe emulsification may require dehydration or replacement with fresh oil. |
Equipment alarm shutdown | Possible issues include oil line blockages, oil leaks, switch malfunctions, or sensor failures. | Clean the oil lines, replace sensors, and add or replace oil as needed. |
Oil temperature increase | Insufficient oil quantity or oil contamination. | Add oil or maintain cleanliness inside the oil tank and reservoir to avoid oil contamination. |
Equipment wear or corrosion | The oil has been used for too long, causing an increase in acid value | Replace with new oil |
Rust formation leading to large rust spots | Poor rust protection of the oil or oil contamination. | Replace with oil that has strong rust protection. |
Lubrication solutions for equipment involve several aspects, including regular inspection and maintenance of lubrication systems, selection and use of lubricants, choice of lubrication methods, establishment of recording and management mechanisms, and the application of intelligent lubrication management systems.
Regular Inspection and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check the lubrication system’s oil level, temperature, and quality to ensure the system is operating correctly.
2. Perform daily checks, including regular cleaning of the lubrication system, replacing worn components, and maintaining system cleanliness.
3. Periodically test the quality of the lubricating oil, such as viscosity and acid value, to ensure oil quality.
4. Use lubrication oil monitoring equipment to continuously monitor the working condition of the oil and prevent potential failures.
Selection and Use of Lubricants:
1. Choose lubricants based on factors such as the equipment’s operating environment, temperature, and load.
2. In high-temperature environments, select lubricants with good thermal stability; for heavy-load conditions, choose lubricants with excellent load-carrying properties.
3. Pay attention to the brand and model of the lubricant; select high-quality lubricants to ensure effective lubrication and stability of the equipment.
Selection of Lubrication Methods:
1. Determine the lubrication method based on the equipment's lubrication requirements and operating conditions, such as drip lubrication, immersion lubrication, and spray lubrication.
2. For equipment with high lubrication demands, consider using an automatic lubrication system to improve lubrication effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Establishment of Record and Management Mechanisms:
1. Establish comprehensive record and management mechanisms, including equipment lubrication maintenance plans, lubricant replacement records, and lubrication system inspection records.
2. Use lubrication maintenance management software to enhance management efficiency.
Application of Intelligent Lubrication Management Systems:
3. Introduce intelligent lubrication management systems to monitor equipment lubrication status in real-time and improve management efficiency.
4. Utilize a combination of distributed principles and SaaS software systems to achieve intelligent, automated, and centralized online management of lubrication, meeting the needs of modern industrial equipment for lubrication systems.
5. Through these comprehensive measures, equipment efficiency can be effectively improved, equipment lifespan extended, equipment failure rates reduced, and safe operation ensured.
Dremfu equipment oils are formulated using high-quality base oils and various imported additives. They are designed to be heat-resistant, oxidation-resistant, wear-resistant, and emulsification-resistant.
