This is a processing factory specializing in 304 stainless steel rectangular stretching. Previously, they used paraffin oil for this process, but encountered issues such as difficulty in cleaning, as well as problems like stretching marks, scratches, and sidewall fractures. Due to these problems, the customer decided to switch to a new stretching oil, explicitly stating their desire to stop using paraffin oil.

After careful communication and understanding of the customer’s processing issues, we customized a stainless steel stretching oil specifically for rectangular stretching. To address the problems the customer faced, we significantly enhanced the oil's extreme pressure, lubrication, and anti-wear properties. After a few days of testing, we received feedback from the customer that our stretching oil was effective, resolving issues such as stretching marks, fractures, and difficulty in cleaning.
